Emma Watson, best known for her role as Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter series, was born in the 15th of April 1990 in Paris, France.
She lived in Paris until the age of 5 with her lawyer parents then moved to Oxford, England with her mother as her parents divorced in 1995. Emma Watson has a 15 years old brother, Alex Watson. Emma first attended the Dragon School and then the Headington School in the Oxford. Recently she is studying to take the Advanced Subsidiary levels in Art, Dance and English literature.
She got several roles in school plays before she got selected for Harry Potter movies. She first got a role as Hermione Granger in Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone when she was just 11 years old. She then appeared in 5 Harry Potter movies and we will be able to see her in the 2 more upcoming Harry Potter movies.

Although she was ranked #98 in the FHM’s list of 100 Sexiest Women in the World, she has no boyfriend. She considers that her celebrity status is partially responsible for not having a boyfriend.
Emma Watson attended the Frieze Art Fair and seen with 25-year-old financier Jay Barrymore. They had started to date before Emma’s birtday this year and then we often saw Emma with some other guys including Italian acting student Roberto Agnillera. Now Emma Watson seems to have re-established her relationship with Mr Barrymore.
SyFy Awards are virtual awards and allow all fans to vote for their favorite movies, actors, books etc. from science fiction and fantasy genres. The voting completed and the winners have been announced today. Emma Watson was nominated at the 2008 SyFy Genre Awards and she won the award in the category of Best Actress in a Film, beating Nicole Kidman, Helena Bonham Carter, Claire Danes and Gwyneth Paltrow.
